Return and Exchange Policy

We are only happy if you are happy.

Discounted Items: Please note that all items purchased at a discounted price are considered fina sale. As such, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Full-Price Items: We are happy to offer returns on items purchased at full price whithin 7 days of the purchase date. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

You will also need to present the original receipt.

Glareta Unique jewels reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please note, return request frequency is kept on record. Our website has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
