Shipping Policy:
At Glareta, we strive to provide a seamless shopping exprience. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
. Orders are typically available in Houston within 1-2 business days after being placed. For domestic shipments within U.S, delivery usually take 4-5 business days and requires a signature upon receipt.
. For pieces that not currently in stock nut available for pre-order, we handcraft each piece specially for you, with delivery taking 3-5 weeks.
. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following on Monday.
. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Guidelines:
. All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once a package is deliverd and signes for, responsibility for the item to the customer.
. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary based on destonation and customes clearance.
Tracking Your Order:
. once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, contact us at [email protected], and our team will assist you promptly.
